Items purchased Online can be returned in-store or via post to our online returns location, so long as they:
- have been purchased within 30 days
- are unworn, unwashed, unaltered/personalised, still with tags attached and are otherwise in a resalable condition
Returning Full Priced Items:
Full priced items can be returned for a full refund, Store Credit or an exchange for a different size or product.
Returning Sale Items:
Sale items can be returned for an in-store credit (to be used in-store only) or exchange only.
Returning online purchases into store:
Simply take your goods into store with your original receipt or proof of purchase and so long as it meets the conditions above we will be happy to process a refund, in-store credit or exchange for you. Note that any refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment used for purchase.
Returning online purchases to our online returns location:
- Pack up any items that you wish to return into appropriate packaging. Note; it is your responsibility to get the items back to us in a resalable condition so please use care in packing.
- Fill out the returns form and clearly highlight order details and what you would like to refund or exchange.
- Organise for the goods to be delivered back to our head office (see below for details) and we will process your return as quickly as we can!
