If your order is taking longer than the time frames indicated in our shipping information page here; please first check your tracking number which you will have received in a follow up email from us, as this should give you an indication of where your order is currently and when it is likely to arrive.
- Standard Australian orders are sent by AusPost.
- Click & Collect orders are sent by Toll.
- International orders are sent by FedEx.
If you're not able to locate your parcel, if you never received a follow up email from us with your tracking number or the tracking number is not working, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com and include your order number, tracking number and contact details so that we can investigate and get back to you.
