We understand that sometimes mistakes do occur in the Checkout process and so are happy to do what can to rectify these. Unfortunately given that we try to keep our shipping processes as streamlined as possible, we will not always be able to make adjustments to addresses or item mistakes that are made.
To avoid this we would recommend to always triple check the information provided in the Checkout before placing the order. We also strongly advise to avoid using pre-filled checkout details as often this can lead to incorrect information being entered.
