Unfortunately there are occasions where an online order cannot be processed as intended, as one or more items mightn't be available, even though our system indicates that they should be.
In most cases where this occurs, we will work to have your missing garments sent to you from a different location and often this does is no impact delivery times. In rare cases we will have to issue you with a refund or offer to swap your missing item for a new item.
If you have only received part of your order and it is beyond the expected delivery time frame please reach out to us on service@mjbale.com and we will work to rectify this for you as soon as we can.
