My tracking is not updated yet, why?

Once your order has been processed by our warehouse you will be sent an automated email with a tracking number so that you can follow its journey to your delivery address.

Please allow 12-24 hours for this tracking information to update in the carrier's website as it can take that amount of time before any updates regarding your parcel's whereabouts will show up.

If your tracking still hasn't updated after 24hrs, please reach out to service@mjbale.com and we can take a further look for you.
