How do I return my item in-store?

We will happily accept returns in-store for online purchases, so long as they fall under the return conditions outlined here. 

Please make sure you bring your item and proof of purchase into a store near you and they will be able to assist with returning your item!

Please note that if you want to exchange your item, not all stores will have the exchange product so best to call ahead or reach out via our online chat or service@mjbale.com.
