Our QFF program works primarily in two ways. Firstly, you have the ability to earn 1 QFF point for every Dollar spent with M.J. Bale, and secondly, you have the ability to redeem your QFF points into M.J. Bale Reward $ amounts that you can put towards your next M.J. Bale purchase!
To get started earning points for your purchases, you will need to link your existing M.J. Bale account to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, to do this please contact our team either by phone 02 9137 4934 or email service@mjbale.com and we can link it for you. From there you simply need to either log-in to your M.J. Bale account when shopping online or give our staff member your details in store and you will be able to earn points for every dollar spent with us!
- an important thing to note is that once a purchase has been made, your transaction won't convert into QFF points until after around 30 days.
Once you've accumulated enough QFF points, you can now redeem them into M.J. Bale Dollars to put towards your next purchase! To convert your QFF points click here to get started!
- note that once your points are redeemed into Dollars, if not used either partially or fully, they will be converted back into QFF points after 24 hours, so only redeem QFF points if you intend on using them straight away.
